Several staff members and residents have expressed concerns regarding the patient's interactions with others as well as with common appliances and objects within the facility. A secondary log has been created to record such incidents. A starting dose of 5 mg of olanzapine has been prescribed by Dr. Johnston in conjunction with Dr. Mann in accordance with previous medical documentation and recent events.
