Patient entered a state of extreme distress when nightime fell and attempted to cover her bedroom window with bedsheets. When prompted to go to sleep, she expressed heavy confusion and a heightened state of upset. Patient was admitted to low-risk hospital care for 18 hours. This is a first time occurence despite patient experiencing nightime myltiple times before.

Patient showed distress when asked to enter a facility car, seemingly surrounding the concept of 'steering wherever you want'. Patient repeatedly mentioned underground transportation but expressed confusion when told that there is no nearby subway system. Patient stayed behind from scheduled field trip.
