Thomas Greene

"I am committed to the improvement and enrichment of young lives."

Greene spent 20+ years of his life pursuing his dream of creating a safe and comfortable care home for troubled youth. In 1998, his dream came true when he purchased an old, worn down hospital on Elmwood Road that would soon be transformed into the facility of the future. Greene has looked over and managed the Elmwood Road Institute ever since.

A Yale School of Medicine certified practitioner, Johnston has provided Elmwood Road with top quality medical care for more than 20 years. He is in direction of his own hand-picked team of doctors committed to the care of every patient.

Zachary Mann

"Understanding is the truest connection between people."

After obtaining his degree in counseling psychology from the University of Georgia in 2017, Mann went looking for a place where his skills would make a real difference. He found that place 4 years later with the Elmwood Road Institute, where he would begin providing patients with 24/7 mental and psychiatric care for the next 3 years and counting.

Amy Waters

"Be your child's strongest advocate."

Waters is Elmwood Road's expert in positive connections between patients, care staff, parents, teachers, and more. A trained and certified social psychiatrist, Waters has initiated and maintained connections for Elmwood Road patients since 2018.
